Funeral Services for Louis Alexander Jr., 85 years old of Greenville, MS. will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday April 8, 2014 at Smith Funeral Home. He died on April 7, 2014 in Greenville, MS. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at Smith Funeral Home. Burial will be at Lakeview Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Alexander was born November 2, 1928 in Cascilla, MS. to John Louis Alexander & Lillian Irene Mullen Alexander. He moved to Greenville in the early 1960’s and was a U.S. Air Force Veteran. Mr. Alexander is preceded in death by his parents John Louis Alexander & Lillian Irene Alexander. 4 Brothers, Milton Alexander, Raymond Alexander, Leonard Alexander, John T. Alexander., 4 Sisters, Peggy Harper, Jewerl Root, Catherine Hunt, Frances Costilow.
Mr. Alexander is survived by his wife of 22 years Fannie Bradshaw Alexander of Greenville, MS. 1 Son., Jamie Alexander and his wife Teresa of Yazoo City, MS.
2 Sisters., Faye Fisk of Corpus Christi, TX., Velma “Sister” Roos., 2 Grandchildren, Josh Alexander & his wife Amber of Greenville, MS.
Rev. Arthur Scott will officiate the service.
Rev. Leon Heath will officiate the service.
