Funeral services for William “Billy” Dukes Sr. 61 years old of Greenville will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday April 23, 2014 at Smith Funeral Home. He died Sunday April 20, 2014 at his home. Visitation will be 6-8 P.M. Tuesday April 22, 2014 at Smith Funeral Home. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery
Billy was born Nov. 4, 1952 in Jackson, MS to James & Maurine Dukes. He has been a life long resident of Greenville where he grew up and attended school. He was preceded in death by his parents, James & Maurine Dukes and his wife Cathy Dukes.
He is survived by his daughter, Jana Davenport of Greenville, MS., 2 sons, William “Bill” Dukes Jr. & his wife Faye of Columbis, S.C& Nathan Roush & his wife Amanda of Houston, TX., his sister, Virginia Blade of Greenville, MS., 2 brothers, Albert Dukes & his wife Julia of Avon, MS. & Jimmy Dukes & his wife Diane of Tillatobia, MS., 3 grandchildren, Lakelynn Roush, Gavin Roush & Sarah Gwen Dukes.
