Funeral services for Roy B. Fulton, 89 years old of Greenville, MS. will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday November 16, 2014 at Trinity Methodist Church Located on 850 Mcallister St. in Greenville, MS. Mr. Fulton was called home to be with the lord on November 16, 2014 at his home. Visitation will be Sunday Nov16, 2014 from 1-2 P.M. at Trinity Methodist Church. Burial will be in the Lake View Gardens Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Fulton was born March 15, 1925, to Mr. Daniel & Nina Fulton in Webster County, MS, where he attended high school. During his life time, Roy has served and promoted Washington County and its citizens in many ways, including, but not limited to, serving as a member of the Washington County Board of Supervisors from 1968 to 1972, serving on the Washington County Industrial Development Commission, serving on the Board of Directors of First National Bank of Greenville and serving as a member and Past President of the Washington County Port Commission; and, during his career he worked with Washington County and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to develop and build the Washington County Industrial Park, Warfield Point Park and concrete boat ramps in area lakes for recreational boaters, hunters and fishermen in which MR. Roy himself was an avid hunter and fishermen. Mr. Fulton owned and operated a successful marine business in Washington County for many years employing over 50 people. On July 7, 2014, The Board Of Supervisors Of Washington County Dedicated Roy B. Fulton Highway on the behalf of MR. Fulton’s Dedication and Contribution’s to Washington County, MS. Mr. Fulton is preceded in death by his parents Daniel & Nina Fulton, Wife, Lucille Murray Fulton, 1brother, Connor Fulton, 2 sisters, Alice Jarvis, Algie Goodson,

Mr. Fulton is Survived by his Loving Martha Dobbs Fulton, 2 sons, Roy Lewis and his wife Janet of Murfreesboro, TN, Dee Dobbs of Colorado Springs, CO, 4 brothers, Bernard Fulton & his wife Theresa of Louisville, MS, Gene Fulton of Myersville, MS, James Fulton & his wife Louise of Vidor, TX, David Fulton & his wife Krista of California, 4 Grandchildren, Roy Lewis Jr., Christopher Fulton, Tim Dobbs & special little girl who stole his heart Sabrina Susan Dobbs.

In Lieu of flowers the family requested all donations sent to the “Greg Phillips Charitable Savings Account” @ Regions Bank.

Rev. Park Neff will officiate the services.
