Graveside services for William “Billy” Haynes, 65 years old of Greenville, MS will be 10:00 A.M. Monday Nov. 24, 2014 at Leland-Stoneville Cemetery in Stoneville, MS. He died Thursday Nov. 20, 2014 at his home. Burial will be in Leland-Stoneville Cemetery.
Billy was born Feb. 10, 1949 in Greenville, MS to Boyd & Pearl Haynes. He grew up in Greenville where he attended school and has been a life long resident. He was owner of Haynes Electric Co. He was a former member of the Krackerjacks Band.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Boyd & Pearl Haynes & his son Christopher Haynes & brother Gerald Haynes.
He is survived by his daughter in law, Emily Hughes (Michael) of Hattiesburg, MS and his granddaughter, Chrislee Hughes of Hattiesburg, MS.
Rev. James Dykes will officiate the services
All family & friends will meet at Smith Funeral Home by 9:30 A.M. Monday to go to Cemetery in prosession
