Obituary for Jerry Medford
Memorial services for Jerry Medford, 63 of Greenville, Ms will be 2:00P.M. Thursday May 13, 2014 at Smith Funeral Home. He passed away May 11, 2014 at his home in Greenville, Ms. Visitation will be From 1:30P.M. until service time Thursday May 13, 2014 at Smith Funeral Home.
Mr. Medford was born July 16, 1950 in Blytheville, Arkansas to James Edward & Helen Medford. He has been a life long resident of Greenville ,Ms where he attended the Greenville public schools. Mr. Medford was a veteran in the United States Armed Forces. He loved to travel and see the world as much as he could. He was a free spirited good hearted man who never met a stranger. He was preceded in death by his father James Edward Medford.
He is survived by his son , Jay Dawkins, Daughter, Jerricka Lynn Medford , Sister, Mitzi Robertson and her husband Terry of Greenville, Ms., one brother Gene Medford of Greenville, Ms.
Pastor Steve Burton will officiate the service.
