Hugh and I were not in the same class at CHS in Cleveland, MS, but his sister, Mary Ann and I were. I called Hugh when she passed and we talked for a few minutes. He was the same as I remembered him from so long before, a kind man, a gentle man, and a loving man, who at the moment was as confused about his loss as were we all. Heaven is brighter today now that he is out of pain and is whole again. My sincerest condolences to all his family. May God grant you peace, faith, hope, and love in the days following. May God rest Hugh's soul forever, and ever. Amen
